Although the Law of Attraction is a very simple process, many of us still struggle to manifest the things we really want. This is because we’ve often adopted behaviors and beliefs over the years that are not harmonious with conscious creation. To help make things easier, here are a few quick secrets to the Law of Attraction many people either don’t know, or forget to keep in mind on a regular basis.
1) Positive language
Phrase your language in the positive. Instead of telling your kids “don’t jump on the couch!” say “please sit down.” Instead of saying “I’m not losing weight!” say “I’m proud of myself for eating healthy foods today”. Instead of saying “The weather today sucks!” say “I can’t wait for another beautiful day”.
It’s easy to rephrase a sentence so that it is just as equally true and valid, but now with a positive twist. Resist the temptation to point out what you don’t like and what you don’t want in your life, and instead point out what you do like and what you do want. Language is very powerful, and it affects our vibration in a highly significant way.
2) Don’t Work Too Hard
So often, we take the manifestation process so seriously and this makes it much harder for us to intentionally create our realities. We overthink things, and overthinking is a dream killer. Conscious creation is a simple process. When it feels hard, we’re doing it wrong.
Keep your intentions pure, and work smart. Allow the process of creating to feel fun for you. Playfulness and lightheatedness, when combined with a clear intelligence plan, create the perfect recipe for manifestation.
3) Dream Big
Do a little daydreaming about the big, seemingly impossible dreams. As the saying goes, “Shoot for the moon, even if you miss you’ll land among the stars.” Master conscious creators shoot for the moon.
Many of us only dare to dream about the things we think are possible by most people’s standards, and so we tend to make fairly limited requests of the universe. Instead of dreaming about winning the lottery, we ask the universe for a raise. Instead of dreaming about the European vacation, we keep our fingers crossed for a weekend in Chicago. Not to say that manifesting raises and weekend trips to Chicago is a bad thing (and they are excellent manifestations to attract to yourself!) but why not spice things up with a few extraordinary dreams as well?
To really harness the power of the Law of Attraction, we must realize that we have unlimited potential. The universe is abundant.
4) Remove limitations
Many of us have a tendency to list out all of the reasons why our big dreams are unachievable. We tell ourselves that we can only have what we want if we first get a college degree, get more experience or save up more money.
When you find yourself thinking or talking about your limiting beliefs, stop! Your job is to dream up what you want, not decide how it comes to you. Stop putting up blockades to the universe by identifying possible problems and limitations.
If we live in an infinite universe, anything must be possible, so resist the urge to tell yourself why you can’t do, be or have exactly what you want. Again, manifestation is very, very simple.
5) How you feel is the most important factor
Monitoring your thoughts can be hard work, but monitoring your feelings is relatively simple. The better you feel, the better your energy and the more you will attract the things you want. Just do what makes you feel good and you will be on the right path.
Spend time engaged in your favorite hobbies, listen to music that makes you smile and watch movies that keep you laughing. Make your happiness priority one, and everything else will fall in line. Remember, if you feel good you are always in the process of attracting something you want. Whenever you don’t feel good, stop what you’re doing and try to find something else that makes you feel a little better.
Think of it this way. When has someone ever manifested something positive from a space of grumpiness, self-doubt, frustration, and anger? Does the universe send a lollipop to those who refuse to live in a positive energetic state? Or does it respond to your vibration by sending you things that are aligned with you?
Although the Law of Attraction is a fairly simple process, many of us have adopted beliefs, behaviors and feelings that make conscious creation more difficult than it has to be.
